"Tech-offer.com" offers several payment methods. Customers can choose to pay via Cash On Delivery (COD), Advance Bank Transfer, or VisaCard & MasterCard through online payment. Additionally, all other Credit/Debit Cards are accepted when visiting the showroom. However, for a credit/debit card to be accepted in the showroom, proof of ownership with an ID card is required.

Once an order is placed or a purchase is made on the website, either through COD or Online Payment, an email confirming the payment and/or the COD purchases is sent.

Furthermore, "Tech-offer.com" provides an installment payment option for online transactions. This option is available if the cart total is AED 500 and above. To use this option, customers need to select the "APS - Amazon Payment Services" option at checkout. After entering the credit card details, if the card is eligible for installments, the bank's installment plans and periods will display automatically. If the installment plans do not display, it means the card is not eligible for installments. After placing an order with the installment payments option, the bank may initially deduct the full order amount. However, within 5-7 working days, the bank should convert the payment into installments. It is advisable to contact the bank after 5-7 working days to confirm the status of the installment payment.

Tech-offer.com offers a 6-day hassle-free return policy. After 6 days of purchase, faulty units will be considered as a service after sales terms and a service warranty tag will be generated for the same units. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include perishable goods such as Software, Video Games, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, gift cards, downloadable software products, customized products as per customer orders, toner and cartridges, Apple Products if the units have been registered, and Microsoft Surface Products.

If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer's credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping charges of 50.00AED apply on any return units per shipment. If the customer paid via the payment gateway (online), a charge of 2.5% on the total order is applicable.

All returned items must be in new condition (AS SOLD CONDITION), in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.

Please note that only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Tech-Offer reserves the right to refuse a return/refund/exchange request. Claims for "damaged items on delivery" or missing items must be made within 12 hours of receipt of merchandise. If the customer decides to return the purchase, it can be done within 6 days after the purchase.
